New to cruising in general or new to cruising in Chesapeake Bay? Join this informative session of how to make the most of cruising in this wonderful body of water we call our sailing home!

Our Cruising the Chesapeake seminar will be especially helpful for anyone who is new to cruising with the club fleet or who would like a refresher. We’ll go over what to expect on an HHSA cruise for both cruise leaders and participants.

Other speakers include:

Ryan Ellison and Sophie Darsy (from Ryan and Sophie Sailing) - this long-term cruising couple have sailed the world from Sweden and now call Annapolis home.  How do they make the boat and their relationship work? Learn their tricks on Communication While Cruising. 

Steve Gershman (MD DNR Reserve and Coast Guard Auxiliary) - Spring Safety Checklist (with a special opportunity to try out fire extinguishers before you need them in an emergency 

There will be fun networking sessions to meet your fellow cruisers and an opportunity to shape the 2024 cruising season for HHSA.
