Like lots of events in the last couple of weeks, the US Sailing Race Officer Training is reschedule.

The SMSA training will be on February 28.

Also on February 21, Severn Sailing Association in Annapolis will hold the same course.

US Sailing just updated their seminar page and the SMSA class is now available for registration.

Note that you need to become a member of US Sailing to register. You will find a link to the discounted first-time membership during registration.
